TMC Services has over 20 years of experience working with numerous developers and architects throughout the US helping to deliver quality projects that are built with excellence and well-received.
Mia Voss is the owner/principal of TMCS. Originally started as Blue Heron Consulting in 2001, Mia began working with the Resort Team for OZ Architecture of Denver as part of the Construction Management team on Resort projects. Her previous background with OZ beginning in 1998 during schematic design as well as construction phase further enhanced her scope of experience resulting in a well-rounded skill set that helps to deliver the best product and cost value for the project.
